Chess Team at 2016 Grade Chess Nationals

The HCCS national chess team scored in the Top 5 in all 7 sections where they participated as teams at the National Grade Championships in Nashville on Dec 16-18. Thirty-three Hunter students participated. A special thanks to coaches Sunil Weeramantry, Farai Mandizha and Ilya Figler for their dedicated work with our children, and to all the families who dedicated time and energy to making this a great experience.
